This category covers areas that require a slightly longer trip, up to a 2.5-hour drive or within 150 miles. An overnight stay is typically necessary.

This category includes areas that are further away, requiring a full day's travel (up to 8 hours or 500 miles).
These trips involve a multi-day stay: traveling on the first day, conducting sessions on the second day, and returning on the third day. Multiple properties are often included in this itinerary to maximize efficiency.

TRAVEL SESSION REQUIREMENTS
Travel sessions will need to be planned in advance with a minimum of 30 days notice.
Important Notes About Regional Travel
A minimum of 3 properties within the same township (or ~30 mile area) are required per regional travel booking.
Regional travel bookings with less than 3 properties will need to logistically align to include multiple clients or locations.
TRAVEL FEES
Promotional rates apply to all travel sessions, but travel fees are not included in these promotional rates.
Travel fees will be charged for properties within a 2 to 8-hour drive (approximately 500 miles) from Knoxville, TN.
The travel fee depends on current travel costs, including fuel, airfare, and room & board for our team, and these fees will be updated if the associated costs change.
For properties outside the 8-hour (500-mile) radius, travel fees will be assessed individually upon request.

What is included in a travel session package?
Our travel session package includes a standard fully staged interior and exterior photography session, day and twilight drone photography, a 1-minute promotional video, 2 vertical videos for social media, and 10 vertical social media images.
Are video and social media content optional?
No, the video and social media package is not optional. This package is integral to maximizing the impact of our travel sessions, ensuring comprehensive marketing for your property.
BOOKING & SCHEDULING
How far in advance do I need to book a travel session?
We recommend booking your travel session at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and adequate planning time.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a travel session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the session may incur a fee.
Do I need to block a day on my calendar for this session?
Yes, please block the scheduled day for the session to ensure that your property is available and prepared for the shoot and to allow our team full creative control over the space. Ensure there are no check-ins, check-outs, and that the space has been cleaned.

How do you determine the travel fees?
Travel fees are based on current travel costs such as fuel, airfare, and room and board for our team. These fees are updated as necessary to reflect changes in associated costs.
Can multiple properties be included in a single travel session?
Yes, we can include multiple properties in a single travel session, especially for our regional travel area. This helps to maximize our time and reduce costs.
Are there any additional costs besides the travel fees?
Traditionally there are no additional costs associated with our package. However, additional costs for special requests or services beyond the standard package may be added to your invoice. We'll discuss these with you beforehand to ensure transparency.
What areas do you travel to for sessions?
We travel to various areas categorized into local (within 1.5 hours or 50 miles), overnight (up to 2.5 hours or 150 miles), and regional (up to 8 hours or 500 miles). We also consider custom requests for properties beyond these areas.
What if my property is outside the specified travel areas?
For properties outside our specified travel areas, we assess each request individually and provide a custom quote based on the additional travel requirements.
SESSION PREPARATION
What should I do to prepare my property for our session?
Ensure that your property is clean, well-organized, and staged to highlight its best features. We will send a Pre-Shoot Checklist prior to our session so that you can share with your maintenance team to ensure everything is ready.
How do I know if my property is ready for a media session?
Your property is ready for a media session if it is clean, well-maintained, and all areas you want to highlight are accessible and staged appropriately. Please ensure any updates or repairs are finished the day prior to our session.
MEDIA DELIVERY
How will I receive the photos and videos after the session?
You will receive the final photos and videos through a secure online gallery, where you can download all the files at your convenience.
What is the turnaround time for receiving the final media?
The typical turnaround time for receiving your final media is 2-3 weeks after the session.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
What if the weather is bad on the scheduled session day?
If the weather is unfavorable, we will work with you to reschedule the session at the earliest convenient time without additional fees.
Are there any restrictions on the types of properties you can capture?
We can capture a wide range of properties, from residential homes to commercial spaces. However, if your property has specific requirements or unique features, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
