✔ Heavy alterations (adding or removing objects, extreme filters, or other color correction edits) are not permitted unless approved.
✔ One round of minor corrections is included at no additional cost and must be requested within 7 days of gallery delivery. If further edits are needed, Moth Rust Media can handle them at $100/hr.

✔ Basic retouching (color correction, exposure fixes) is included.
✔ Major edits (object removal, sky replacements, color modifications) are available at $100/hr.

✔ If we cannot perform the shoot due to events beyond our control, it will be rescheduled at the earliest available date.
✔ If rescheduling is impossible, a refund will be issued, minus any costs already incurred.

Yes! Your STR branding and media can be transferred to the new owner—adding significant value to your sale. However, a licensing transfer is required.

✔ Photography & video assets can be licensed to the new owner with a licensing transfer agreement.
✔ Branding elements (logos, guidebooks, marketing assets, direct booking site, etc.) can be transferred as part of the sale with a branding rights transfer.
✔ New owners may request additional branding updates or marketing support to fit their needs.

📌 Licensing Transfer Process:
1️⃣ The new owner must sign a licensing transfer agreement with Moth Rust Media.
2️⃣ A one-time transfer fee applies to cover licensing, legal adjustments, and administrative costs.
3️⃣ Once the agreement is in place, the new owner will have full rights to use the assets under their ownership.
