What is included in a session package?
Our session package includes a standard fully staged interior and exterior photography session, day and twilight drone photography, and a custom branded 3D Floorplan.
Can you also capture video content during our session?
Yes, you may choose to add a 1-minute promotional video, and the social media package that includes 2 vertical videos for social media, and 10 vertical social media images.
Do you stage the spaces before the session?
Lifestyle Staging involves strategically arranging decor and elements to capture the unique ambiance and functionality of a space. This service includes personalized prop selection, room setup, and attention to detail that highlights each property’s best features, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and enhances the overall aesthetic appeal.
We will work together to determine the best elements to feature based on your preference and ideal guest.
Do you include a floorplan?
Yes, a 3D floorplan is included with all full property sessions.
BOOKING & SCHEDULING
How far in advance do I need to book a session?
We recommend booking your session as early as possible. We often book out 2-3 months in advance during peak seasons and would prefer to move your appointment if delays occur.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the session may incur a fee.
What if my property isn't ready yet?
No worries, if we come to the week before your session and you're concerned that everything won't be in place, just let us know. We reserve certain days during the week as backup days due to installation or weather delays.
Ensure there are no check-ins, check-outs, that the space has been cleaned and all installations, repairs, or maintenance has been completed the day prior to our session.
If we arrive on site and are unable to begin our session as planned we will need to reschedule our session for another day and a return visit fee will incur.
Do I need to block a day on my calendar for this session?
Yes, please block the scheduled day for the session to ensure that your property is available and prepared for the shoot and to allow our team full creative control over the space. Ensure there are no check-ins, check-outs, that the space has been cleaned and all installations, repairs, or maintenance has been completed the day prior to our session.
Can you capture multiple properties in one day?
No, we dedicate an entire day to each property to ensure that we capture every aspect with the utmost quality and attention to detail. Our sessions typically require between 6 to 10 hours on site, depending on the property's size and features. This approach allows us to focus solely on your property, ensuring we achieve the best lighting and composition to showcase each space effectively. Because of this, we schedule only one property per day.
SESSION PREPARATION
What should I do to prepare my property for our session?
Ensure that your property is clean, well-organized, and ready to highlight its best features. We will send a Pre-Shoot Checklist prior to our session so that you can share with your maintenance team to ensure everything is ready.
How do I know if my property is ready for a media session?
Your property is ready for a media session if it is clean, well-maintained, and all areas you want to highlight are accessible and staged appropriately. Please ensure any updates or repairs are finished the day prior to our session.
Do I need to provide any food or beverage props?
No, our team will work with you to determine the best approach for Lifestyle Staging and will provide props as needed. If you have special requests we may be able to shop for those additions appending the total to your invoice.
MEDIA DELIVERY
How will I receive the photos and videos after the session?
You will receive the final photos and videos through a secure online gallery, where you can download all the files at your convenience.
What is the turnaround time for receiving the final media?
The typical turnaround time for receiving your final media is 2-3 weeks after the session.
Can you provide an initial set so that we can get listed?
We understand that our new listing clients need to hit the market as soon as possible. If you need a small set of images to get your listing live, we are happy to provide a small set of initial edits for an additional fee.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
What if the weather is bad on the scheduled session day?
If the weather is unfavorable, we will work with you to reschedule the session at the earliest convenient time without additional fees.
Are there any restrictions on the types of properties you can capture?
We can capture a wide range of properties, from residential homes to commercial spaces. However, if your property has specific requirements or unique features, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
